Relaxed, Fun Product Shoot With Gollygoshingtons

Gemma is the owner of the very fabulous Gollygoshingtons which is based in Longridge in the Ribble Valley, she designs and makes amazing bespoke hand drawn cards and stunning framed artwork which is totally unique. Gemma contacted me on the back of my February small business offer, and I was delighted to help her!!  I’ve known Gemma for a number of years and as we’ve both changed career paths, it was really nice to catch up and also work together!!

Commercial photography is a really interesting area of photography that I'm hoping to branch out into further during 2018. Like all my shoots, everything is very relaxed, my product photography revolves around keeping everything natural and the product being 'used' as the maker intended!!  Professional headshots come as standard, however these are not traditional portraits with a white backdrop, my professional headshots are taken in the natural environment be that in a working office space, outside or in a local park.

Gemma's work is truly beautiful, so it really didn't need much help to look extra stunning, however to create a sense of place, I photographed her products around her house and 'used them' as intended. Gemma has a special Mother’s Day offer on and so I concentrated on showcasing her latest Mother's Day designs.  The morning finished with some very natural headshots taken outside and a couple of her working on some orders too!!
