Middleton Lodge Wedding - Laura Duggleby Photography
Fig House Wedding For Jamie & Beth!
My word, the Fig House at Middleton Lodge in Richmond North Yorkshire, is quite possibly one of the most beautiful wedding venues I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and shooting at. Last August I was second shooting for Kirsty from Alfred and Co photography for the wedding of Jamie & Beth.
I joined Jamie in the morning with his groomsmen at the Black Horse Pub in Northallerton, for a few pictures of the groom preparations and a quick good luck drink, before we all headed off to the church where Jamie and Beth said ‘I do’ in front of all their family and friends. Jamie and Beth has chosen the Fig House on the Middleton Lodge Estate as their wedding reception venue and I can totally see why. In the warm sunshine their guests were able to sit out relaxing with a drink and a canape’ whilst looking at the flower gardens, it truly was stunning.
Inside the Fig House the main room for holding the wedding breakfast meal, has exposed red brick and lots of large wooden tables, its perfect for a rustic themed wedding. Jamie and Beth had styled their tables with lots of foliage, rose and gold candles - a super stylish wedding!
I really enjoyed being a part of Jamie and Beth’s wedding, Kirsty thank you for asking me to be your second photographer for the day. Have a look at the all the details below, I’ve selected a few of my favourite images from the wedding.
Enjoy, love Laura x
