Spring Wedding At Bashall Barn In Clitheroe For Cat and Nathan

I love photographing weddings at Bashall Barn, Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley, it truly is a wonderful wedding venue, in fact one of my favourites in Lancashire. I always get excited when an enquiry comes in for Bashall Barn, I really enjoy working here with the wedding team and I always know whatever the weather, I can get gorgeous portraits for my clients inside or outside (sometimes with the cows)!

Cat and Nathan are just wonderful people, I knew when we first got together in 2021 and confirmed that Wagamama was one of our favourite restaurants that we would get on really well. They are so full of life and love, which was evident throughout their wedding, from ceremony to their first dance they never left each others sides.

On the day, looking super smart in a navy tweed three piece suit, Nathan arrived in style in his friends sports car, we took a few quick snaps before he went and greeted his guests, whilst I stayed with Cat and the girls who were getting ready in the bridal suites. I love photographing bridal preparations, you get to know everyone so much better and I feel really privileged to play a small part in helping calm nerves or helping in any way that I can, photography is only one of my many skills on a wedding day!

Fresh flowers in tones of peach and cream with a little pampas grass and foliage created the theme for the day it looked stunning and smelt divine. Cat and Nathan had such a lovely day, the weather was unseasonably warm for April and we were super lucky to get a stunning sunset!
