Lemon & Navy Themed Wedding For Lisa & Matt In Gisburn!

Lisa and Matt got married! A beautiful wedding for this lovely couple back in July, a church service followed by a wedding breakfast held at one of my favourite Lancashire wedding venues, Stirk House in Gisburn.

Lisa and Matt had chosen a summer colour palette of delicate whites, lemons and yellow tones for their flower centrepieces which were complemented by the bridesmaids all being dressed in lemon and the groomsmen in navy, super stylish!

Lisa and Matt were married at their family church over at Kirkham surrounded by all their family and friends, before making their journey to Stirk House Hotel in a classic cream wedding car.

Whilst the drinks reception was in full flow I whisked the couple off for a quick portrait session, I can’t tell you how many of my couples enjoy this quiet time together. Couple portraits are not as scary as it might sound. Roughly around 20 minutes of your time is all it takes, a chance to have a walk, cuddle, enjoy a glass of bubbly and I will take some portraits of you both using your venue as a backdrop. I will do all the running around, fluffing dresses, fixing veils, straightening ties, buttonholes and taking some lovely pictures whilst you both get to relax and soak it all in! I really enjoy this time and I love to create beautiful portraits for you to look back on and hang on your wall.
